At Grace District, every order is prepared and packed with care. We work to ensure each package arrives safely, on time, and with full tracking visibility.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates
- United States — $5.99 USD / Free shipping over $99 USD
- Europe — €4.90 EUR / Free shipping over €90 EUR
- United Kingdom — £4 GBP / Free shipping over £85 GBP
- Australia — A$6.90 AUD / Free shipping over A$149 AUD
Estimated delivery time for all regions: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Please note that weekends, holidays, and customs processing times are not included in delivery estimates.
Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details. We also do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at gracedistrict.shop@gmail.com and we will assist you.
If a package is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund may be issued in accordance with our policy.
